Architectural services

Strategic Advisor
We provide strategic advice, from a built environment perspective, for developers and investors to formulate the vision the right building estate strategy for a site or multiple sites.
ATPA’s team is well-versed in conducting early-stage site engagement assessments. Our assessments include analysing how the proposed scheme affects planning and developing a long-term building strategy which outlines the development phases and funding requirements.
Masterplanning
Masterplanning is about creating the big thinking strategy piece that ties a place cohesively together.
ATPA is working with a number of clients and investors to unlock major masterplans to develop phasing and building strategies which are ready to fund.
Technical Advisor
Delivery is about technical excellence. We are competent designers with the skills, quality, experience and rigour required for technical feasibility work.
The teams experience as Technical Advisors for the DfE and various expert witness support roles means we are well versed in advising on projects from early inception to delivery.
Feasibility
Feasibility studies are about assessing potential options and creating projects ready for investors to fund.
As architects with significant real estate industry knowledge, we act as trusted advisors on areas including the project set up, as well as wider team appointments e.g. legal, design team etc.
Due diligence
Our due diligence work is about giving your project a sanity check. At ATPA, we use our extensive technical experience to check, audit and review work that’s been designed by others against your brief.
Principal Designer Building Control
The Principal Designer Building Control role will plan, manage and monitor design work to ensure that the design produced complies with the Building Regulations.
Principal Designer Construction Design & Management (CDM)
The Principal Design CDM role is to plan, manage, monitor and coordinate health and safety taking into account relevant information that might affect design work caried out both before and after the construction stage.
