Located in the heart of the City, our project at 30 Old Broad Street delivers a high-quality workplace transformation across two floors of an existing commercial building. Working entirely within the original footprint, the scheme involved a complete internal strip out and reconfiguration to create a more connected and flexible working environment.
A key feature of the design was the introduction of a new internal staircase, providing a strong visual link and seamless circulation between the two floors. The layout integrates a series of meeting rooms, breakout spaces, and agile work zones, all arranged around a new entrance reception that enhances the arrival experience and supports a more modern way of working.
Our approach focused on delivering clarity, connectivity, and spatial efficiency within a constrained envelope balancing functionality with a refined, professional aesthetic tailored to the clients needs.
