91–93 Peckham High Street: Reconnecting with Peckham Square

Great to see such a strong turnout at Peckham Square for the recent public consultation, as part of a wider initiative led by Southwark Council to help move forward the regeneration and revitalisation of the square.

ATPA’s proposals for the redevelopment of 91–93 Peckham High Street were presented alongside the wider plans for the redevelopment of Peckham Square.

Our proposals seek to bring the existing dilapidated building back into meaningful use, improving accessibility through a new lift and level access throughout the building, creating new lettable space for the local community and introducing a single storey extension towards the square.

The extension will establish a new active frontage onto Peckham Square, strengthening the building’s relationship with the public realm and helping to act as a catalyst for renewed activity within the square.

A big thank you to everyone who came along, engaged with the proposals and shared their thoughts.
